Land foreclosure may just be the answer you are looking for if you want to become a real estate investor. It’s one of the only ways to buy property for as little as 50% or less of market value. So what’s stopping you? For some people it’s the fear of not having the knowledge to do it.

Land foreclosure investing doesn’t have to be that difficult. Read the works of the masters. Robert G Allen is my favorite but there is also Robert Kiyosaki, Dolf De Roos and Donald Trump to study.

I recommend studying Robert G Allen first. He has been around for a long time and really knows his stuff. Before I started in land foreclosure investing, I had no idea what to do. Then I discovered Robert G Allen. His book Multiple Streams of Income is a best seller and loaded with information.

Do the reading. Learn some stuff and go out looking. Grab your newspaper and check out the classified section. Find a few properties that are being foreclosed and take a ride by them. You don’t have to buy right away, but get your mind thinking about investing in real estate.

Spend time each day devouring the material of Mr. Allen. Study it, know it and apply it. Getting his knowledge and using it when you are ready to buy will take away a lot of the fear. Imagine yourself owning a piece of property that you acquired on a land foreclosure. Really do it. Keep it in your mind all day.

Here’s a technique that will help remove the fear. Think about all the times you have heard a person talk about different land foreclosure investments that they could of have. They will usually mention how little it cost and how much it’s worth today. Do you want to be like them? Probably not.

Make it a point to invest in at least one Robert G Allen E-book or book this week. Promise yourself that you will do and don’t come up with any excuse not to. This is the time when all of my land foreclosure mentors are buying. This is a great time for you to become a part of this.
